Mix In Pan Pie Crust
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoons Salt
1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
2 Tablespoon milk
Mix flour, salt, and sugar in pie pan. Slowly add milk and oil. Mix well with a fork and pat out to fit pan. Bake at 350 until brown, usually about ten minutes.

Buttermilk Pie
- Unbaked 9 inch pie shell (or make your own with this recipe)
- 1/2 Cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 Cups sugar
- 3 Tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 Cup buttermilk
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- Cinnamon for sprinkling over the top, if desired

as you can see in the recipe it says "buttermilk pie"...i couldn't tell the kids that...they wouldn't try it ;)

This sounds so easy to make, I'll have to try it. My hubby always has a sweet tooth so it won't be too long. :)

well thanks for my comment! the pie is so so good and the crust is easy to make...i don't like the rolling out of pastry and this is not like that...
i actually researched the tile for a long time...i wanted the high end look on the cheap...i may try it in the bathroom since we have 2 and i can try and keep the kids out...great job girl!
